The ServiceAbility Training Program is an employment initiative designed to connect you with your next great hire—at no cost to you.ServiceAbility prepares qualified, job-ready candidates who will excel in the workplace. Our candidates receive the following:
- four weeks of essential skills and job readiness training, including targeted résumé and cover letter writing, interview and job search strategies and more
- two weeks of workplace certificate training, such as PEAK Training and Development, Occupational First Aid, FoodSafe Level 1 and more
- two weeks of intensive one on one job search support
- ongoing one-on-one career coaching
We provide you with six months of post-hiring support to ensure a successful match between you and your new employee.
